Good guacamole is a staple around here. Especially on a warm day like yesterday (75 degrees!!), when the last thing I want to do is cook, guacamole is the perfect simple and tasty dinner.
This is the easiest guacamole ever, and it is so delicious. The combination of the different flavors is to die for. I could eat the whole bowl myself. To make this, you will need: avocado, tomato, red onion, lime, and salt to taste.
Oh, and a tiny helper is optional.
It’s a very simple process. As far as amounts, you can use as much or as little of the ingredients above. For this batch, I used 3 avocados, 3 small tomatoes, about 1/4 of a medium red onion, and the juice of one lime. First, mash up the avocados to your desired consistency (I like to leave mine a little chunky, but you can make them as smooth as you like). Next, dice up the tomato and onion and combine them with the avocados. Last, add the lime juice and salt. Mix everything together and enjoy!
Anyone else as crazy about guacamole as I am? It’s just so good.
